I worked for ABM from Feb Untill April and provided security at various PG&E sites all over central valley i didn't have much big problems untill i was assigned at a STATE FUND INSURANCE & COMPENSATION site i was asked by the supervisor to quit so that his friend TIM can work at my place. I refused to leave voluntarily so he and his fellow employees started harrassing me and giving me false writeups for being late, and later i got fired for trying to report all those issues. I filed an online report with ABM # ABMI-09-04-0038 but no responce cuz who cares...!

2-10-09 Incoming Call recieved at to myself 11:43 AM from Sherlly (Duty Supervisor) 916-439-0220.
To go to work at 10 River Park Place EAST (STATE FUND) Fresno CA. 3:00pm Arrived at work met State Fund Manager Donna Teraoka, Chrys Geringer (assistant to Donna). Relieved Officer KODI BROWN and started training with Officer MIKE CHESTER SOUZA.
Recieved many calls to myself from Sherwin Litada (559-871-3211) to leave work at 11:00 pm and rather than staying untill 11:30 pm to avoid overtime.
2-11-09 Started working at 10 River Park Place. Recieved call at ABM Nextel Phone and radio (1-916-416-2174) from Sherwin Litada to stay outside post after logging off duty. Sherwin arrived after 11:30 pm and started harrassing me that i have an attitude problem and he recieved complaints from confidential sources that i am very neglegent and arrogant and need to change the attitude.
Major incident
Between 2-12-09 and 3-09-09 several minor incidents occured like being called names, false statements that such and such is going to happen, and during that time Sherwin Litada arrived on site (10 River Park Place East Fresno CA) and asked if i trust him i said yes what is it he replied that he and his friends KODI BROWN, TIM MOORE, ROBERT HUERTA, NICOLE MUCHA and some other employees are building a team of friends to keep the job their secure and in order to be a friend you have to attend a stripper party with everybody and bring some alcohol and cash also, he said he will call me later and notify of place and time, i told him that i cannot guaranty to attend the party and that the party should be on my off day he said yes offcourse.

THEN HE CALLED ME ON 3-10-09 at 7:52 PM from 559-871-3211 to myself. I was at work at that time he tried to convince me to leave my job site and go join him at the party at Ramada Inn (near Shaw ave and Fwy 41 in FRESNO) (it was a setup for me to get fired from the job for leaving the post) i refused to leave my job NICOLE MUCHA was on patrol duty at the time. He said Nicole Mucha wanted me to attend the party, few days later sherwin showed me the pictures of the party which he may still have on his HELIO Cell Phone. Now since i refused to give them a legitimate reason to take me off work Sherwin Litada's friend Kodi Brown started complaining to sherwin that i am coming late to work consistently so sherwin started harrassing to give a written warning but he did not do it by himself he asked his friend TIM MOORE.
4-09-09 Tim Moore arrived on site at 10 River Park Place East at 8:20 pm PST to do a Guard check and give a written warning upon request from sherwin litada according to him he said " it is a game, just play the game, i am not getting 40 HRS of work and you are making more than me so i would like to be at your spot and you are eventually going to get fired."
4-18-09 Recieved call from Paul Vang at approximate 12:40 am PST from 559-276-0438 (ABM Janitorial Fresno office) to myself to attend a mandatory employee meeting in Fresno from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and go to 10 River Park after the meeting to start work.
4-22-09 Attended the ABM employee meeting, approached Jim Viera and asked him how long he is going to stay in fresno he replied a couple hours at least so i requested that i would like to meet him personally and exchanged phone numbers with him. I wanted to report all incidents but did not know that Jim Viera was also involved.
4-22-09 Arrived at 10 River Park Place East at 3:30 pm relieved Kodi Brown. Tim Moore arrived at work at 4:00 pm and asked me to call sherwin so i called. Sherwin, Jim vierra and Paul Vang were still at the meeting place Sherwin lied that he told me not to go to work, so i had to leave work. I called Jim Viera at 1-916-200-6293 around 4:42 pm and asked him if i could meet him somewhere as we agreed in the meeting he lied that he cannot meet me he is driving and already far from fresno.
4-24-09 FRIDAY Arrived at work (10 River Park Place East) relieved officer kodi brown he left with the Nextel radio and then came back to return it. Nicole Mucha arrived at 7:32 pm she was on the phone with Sherwin Litada She put him on the speaker. Sherwin said he dont want me to go to work and if i dont leave work voluntarily he will make it happen his way so i told Nicole that i am not Talking to sherwin Because he is not on duty then she started relaying my messege right there sherwin said you have two options either to take a false writeup for being late and leave work or he will subordinate me and then fire me from the job. I refused to take the false writeup.
4-25-09 Nicole Mocha showed up on a guard check at Manning ave and Leonard ave Fowler CA at a PG&E MCCALL Substation. She showed up with Sherwin Litada who was not working at the time and he was just laughing (to Humiliate me) at me all the time during his visit. When i tried to talk to him he just kept laughing at me with Nicole.
4-28-09 SHERWIN LITADA, KODI BROWN, NICOLE MOCHA, TIM MOORE, ROBERT HUERTA and some other employees are all best friend for quite a while so they are calling it a team building effort in which they are getting rid of those employees who do not comply with their orders it it has been going on for quite a while.involved Employees bragged about doing the same thing at VPS (VALLEY PROTECTIVE SERVICES) vpssecurity.net. My report could not reach the right authority and even if it does nothing is going to change.
A related incident occured when an employee Name JOE BURROWS was falsley accused of sexually harrassing an Employee Name NICOLE MOCHA, witness were Sherwin Litada and Louis ZUNIGA, Witness falsley testified to RON at ABM Sacramento office in favour of their friend Nicole Mocha.

4-28-09 As writing this report recieved call from Sherwin Litada (559-871-3211) to myself at 6:33 pm saying that i am not needed anymore.
THIS REPORT MIGHT STILL BE MISSING SOME MORE DETAILS DUE TO THE FACT THAT THIS INCIDENT HAS CONTINOUSLY HAPPENED OVER THE PERIOD OF A FEW MONTHS. Discrimination, hatred, racism still exist saw it, felt it. Now i dont work for abm anymore, lesson learned don't ever work for a big company where you have no say.
