This man sherwin l freeman claims that he is a lawyer, but did not disclose which firm he is with. Claims that he is going down to file charges & put me behind bars, because of a payday loan from a company called sjm marketing llc
I took out a payday loan of $250 and he is insisting that i pay him $652.70 by 12 noon on 6/15 i questioned him to that amount, he claimed that i was a criminal and stole federal funds, and that i will be put in jail if i didn't pay! He was actually screaming on the line the whole time with me on the telephone also. This guy couldn't possibly be more than a collection agency, with no decision making skills.By reading the other complaint against him, makes me believe that he is a fraud with a script in front of him.
