Needing additional income I came across an add in our local paper for mystery shoppers. Calling the number listed I spoke with an operator named Ray Short. At first all seemed okay I thought especially when he said training was free. That is usually the hook. As Ray gave me details and asked questions he said I could earn up to $50 a day. This was the first alarm that went up since the ad had said $100. Then he said training would be online but I would need to pay a registration fee of $1.95 which still sent off alarms but figured okay that's not too much. He asked for my information so I could receive the link for training then wanted my credit card information. At first I thought maybe they just needed to verify which card I would be using but then he wanted the number. When I told him sorry I wasn't going to give him the number... He said thank you and hung up. I feel lucky that they only got my email address. So please be aware... They are scamming the public. Honest companies don't charge for training. Honest companies get paid by their clients.
