My partner put an order with Hearthsong for 2 products for Holiday presents for my step-daughter. He was guaranteed both items were in-stock and might get to sufficient time for Holiday. With just a few times to sacrifice, he named and talked with another customer support consultant for Hearthsong, who again assured him the presents might get to period. Not just did they appear following the vacation, but we were overcharged for both products! After calling customer support again, they stated they'd return the overcharge, but no reimbursement was published to the charge card. After still another phone to Hearthsong, we were returned the distinction for just one item, however they declare they're "focusing on" refunding the overcharge for that next item, whatsoever which means. All of this for 2 presents that did not actually get to time for you to provide for Holiday.
Beware should you intend to purchase in the Hearthsong list! We shall never spot an order together again.
