Company Holiday presents requested on 12/12/07 with 3-time shipping were never obtained. Named on 1/9/07 and was told that because of an ice storm and the Christmas backlog the order was not processed. Comprehend the snow storm, but did not they understand Holiday was arriving? These were refunding the delivery cost. Called again on 1/17. The purchase wasn't prepared following the first phone. They might not determine from the verification #. Like other criticism, purchase # was phony. I questioned why no notice of backlog. "Since everything was dropped within the program plus they just had data that factory offered them." They clearly had the titles/handles of who these presents were likely to. Why could not they deliver a card to these folks? Additionally wouldn't provide title of Leader to deliver issues. As the 2nd customer support representative was apologetic, it generally does not eliminate the truth that they certainly were Holiday 2007 gifts, not Holiday 2008 gifts. Terrible support! Won't ever purchase from VivaTerra again.
