I am very happy that I found this site, and want to share my experiences liveperson.com too.in the last half year I spent good 3000, probably more, to call dozens and dozens of psychics on keen and liveperson. After half a year now I can see that 98% of them were wrong as can be.instead of having readings all the time I am subscribed to an online support group (for free!) for psychic addicts with over 700 members http://groups. Google.com/group/psychicjunkie? Hl=en where also interesting information gets exchanged.
There are a few patterns I can identify: The predictions usually cover a timespan from 2-3 months (on liveperson you only have the opportunity to rate within one month). Having researched more closely the feedback, you can clearly see that people write it directly after the conversation which explains why there a so many accurate psychics out there. You can also see that psychics have repeat clients/friends who obviously constantly call and push the feedback up.
Also, liveperson tried to pull me over and took more than 100 Dollar from my account for which I never had a reading. I had to email back and forth for 2 months (!) to get this preauthorizations taken care of, and I am not sure if this was the only time they billed me more that I consumed. Many emails were not responded by the customer service. It eventually only was done when I threatened to inform my attorney.
Most of the psychics were just incredibly wrong and made the this guy is your soulmate, you will be very happy-performance (Gladly, I did not hear from him in mooonths and would definitely not respond at this point). Some of them were really rude though. Here is a collection of people I do NOT recommend. Below you will find a few names of people who were right for me with their predictions and advice.

Psychic Beth-is completely full of herself and rambles on really common sense knowledge: The third time I visited her I said that nothing had come to pass, her answer was go clear your mind and she cut me off.
Akashic Angels Readings-this guy is a fraud and sells energy healings (that's is the worst but what a good idea to make money). Very rude, and bombarded me with emails after I had given accurate feedback.
Master Enigma OMG, gave me 2 completely different infos, none of them was true. Check out his excellent feedback, amazing.
Ezekiel-was very rude when I said I do not feel connected
Susan Axacoava - full of herself, wow.
Psychic Chat with Sandina-tried to sell me spell and energy healings.

Oracular guidance by Mika have to wait, sounds realistic
Shoshone and Molly Sheppard are the most expensive ones on liveperson I tried out. Have to wait for predictions, at least they made an intelligent impression, which is by far very rarely the case.
