On May 4 I placed 2 orders for games. The 1st fine. Placed 2nd order 2hrs later they charged games to my Visa, but won't let me have them.
I have tried to contact them by e-mail, which they have now blocked me from contacting them. I gave Visa phone # to them. I will get charges taken taken off.
