No refund

I bought common obligation insurance (compensated entirely) on my martial arts college in July from F.L. Dean. They wewre marketed in a fighting styles journal like a leading insurance provider for fighting styles responsibility.

I offered the college in January and informed Dean by email, fax and telephone that I had been no further running a business, requesting them to stop the plan and return any balance due.

Up to now, they've not complied. They declare it had been delivered to the insurance author and that I might notice from their website.

I'd like my money. I've been significantly more than individual when I feel it generally does not consider 5 weeks to accomplish a return.

What additional activity may I consider?
