I signed up for a Platinum Protection alarm system a little over a year ago and am very happy with the system and service. The people who installed the equipment explained everything to me throughly and system is really easy to use. They also left me the instruction manual and their customer service number in case I had any more questions but so far I haven't.
Recently I had some people over for a party and one of my friends was looking at one of the sensors on my door downstairs. As soon as he popped the cover off the alarm when off. I turned of the system and the phone rang immediately. They made sure they was no emergency and we went on with our party. I am really glad to know that the system works that well & that they respond so quickly.
I have had alarm systems with other companies that aren't very good with customer service but I haven't had any problems with Platinum Protection. I would & have recommended them to my friends and family.
