Rip off Failed to deliver: Free Easter Cook's Half Ham ripoff

I feel ripped off.in the Stater Bros ad (early April) ConAgra Foods and Pepsi promised a Free Cook's Half Ham for Easter if I purchased several mentioned products. I did so, and mailed all required information to ConAgra on April 1. Ad stated must be postmarked prior to April 8 to receive ham coupon before Easter. Here it is a week after Easter, have heard nothing, phone calls have not been returned. Herman Redlands, California
