Ripoff consumer fraud ripoff Wallinford Connecticut

We have ordered over phone from tristar pan set and they cashed check and for 8 weeks. I never recieved it thru mail. I have no address no phone nothing but a check that they took the funds out of checking account how could I get back my 30 something back? Regina new haven, Connecticut
