I requested a set of Timberland shoes and two sets of pants on 6 Jan. The organization instantly taken the total amount from my charge card despite the fact that they did not ask them to in-stock. After repeated demands they ultimately explained they mightnot acquire the things for months. I ended my purchase and requested to get a reimbursement which they established they'd procedure. A set of shoes then arrive on 16 February with no reimbursement! Am still attempting to contact them - no answer emails or 'telephone. Am getting this up with my charge card business.
