It is a scam. I bought the $199.99 package that guaranteed 1,000, 000 Visits for $199.95visitors within 60 days. After 30 days I had 110 visitors, all redundant foreign ip's. They didn't respond to over a dozen emails. Paypal can't settle claims for intangible goods. I'm disputing the charge with my bank now. I also filed claims with the IC3, ftc, bbb, paypal and godaddy because of the fraud they comitted. Do not ever do business with these scammers, you will get nothing for your money.
