I bought a 32" pointed aquas television and was happy withit, i also purchased the 36-month warranty from the business from the name of wcps of florida inc. Our guarantee states when something goes wrong using the television it'll be fixed or replaced and the job could be done by a certified technology in my region. Nicely i've called the corporation to have it mounted (big red and green lines operating horizontally on-screen) plus they want me to ship it to florida!!! Are they crazy??? I've seen things that are shipped by ups and fedex plus they don't endure cargo and they need me to ship a teeee veeee to texas are they crazy??? I've tried calling brandsmart to speak with the director but, they always leave me on hold or hang-up. I'd like it changed not shipped down not to be seen again. The warranty co. Delivered me a box having a shipping label and the instructions to send it for them to be fixed in texasssss!!! The instructions stated should you not make use of the exact process for packing it within the box that we've given you as well as your tv is destroyed you'll result in any additional charges to correct it. I've already brouched this issue with the warranty company and they said when it breaks intransit they'll put a claim against the shipper and litigation can lead to obtaining a refurb alternative television... How long does this method consider??? Oh we have no idea perhaps 7 to 10 days or longer. I'm not sending this television to tx i'd like an upgraded television plus one in my own town, atlanta georgia. Our god we do reside in the usa not in certain 3rd world nation, not yet anyway. I'm not sending this television to texas now they're saying i should pay them for shipping this box to my home. Are they nutssss??? Please respond asap please. Oh and incidentally it is just 12 months old thanks for the support.
