I ordered a Waterford crystal shot glass as a gift and was told it would be shipped within 7-10 days. The next day I got a somewhat cryptic email saying it was out of stock and would not be available until March. I did not recognize this and when the gift did not arrive I called. That was on January 29th and I canceled the order. They told me they would refund the money IN ONE BILLING CYCLE whatever that means. I have not received a refund as of March 5th.
I will not ever use this company again.
