ConsumerInfo, an online credit reporting agency, has, at least, one sorry, sorry, sorry Customer Service Representative. He would only give his first name, "Robert". He was argumentative, talking while I was trying to talk, or interrupting RUDELY. He even LAUGHED at my statements in an accusing manner, as if I were an idiot of some fashion, for even asking questions.
I had ordered (online) a credit monitoring service at a cost of $79.95 per year. I was under the impression that that price included reports from all three major reporting agencies. I was trying to clarify this, but was unable to do so in a business-like way because of his complete NASTINESS. I dumped the order and demanded my card be credited.
I became incensed! Don't EVER deal with this company. If "Robert" is an example of their complete Customer Service Department, I assure you, you will be highly disappointed!
