I was ripped off by this CIC credit monitoring. I have been charged $9.95/month since November. I remember calling them a week after getting my "free" credit report and canceling. I am going to call them on Monday and see what the heck is happening. I am also going to contact my credit card company and see what they can do.
If anybody needs help with any suit against this company, let me know. I am definitely willing to help.
