Charged restock for defective product

I purchased two Bluetooth brand instant head-sets (one for myself plus one for my child). Neither you might cost, despite may hours. They'd exactly the same kind of charger, and so I am going a reckon that which was the faulty component.

I got the headphones back again to the shop using the bill inside the period permitted. Nevertheless, used to do not need the containers since my boy-in law had tossed them out within the recycling (that was previously acquired). They billed me a $5 "restock" charge for me personally to come back these faulty what to their shop. Toughest however, the man performing the paperwork placed on the display, that weam confident he did not recognize I was really studying, "repack." Which means that they'll repackage and spot these faulty products back about the ledge for many sad client.

I can not imagine actually being billed for something which is faulty. Used to donot ruin it, why am I accountable.

I'll tell everybody to look at out for that rip-off from Frys. Sadly for them, I've plenty of computer geek buddies.
