Did not send last shipment and cannot find through mail or phone

Een collecting 2 sets of colorized state quarters since 1999 every year they come in feb. This year, the last year to complete the sets, nothing! Tried phone was told not their number for over a year, tried mail letter came back as undeliverable? Cant find on the internet... So i come to you thank you
