On February 14, I dropped off my box which contains the RIM BlackBerry 8120 Pearl at UPS Store to return it. It arrived at its desitnation on February 17. Today is April 11, I still did not receive my refund back yet. He really pissing me off at the end of the conversation when he suddenly cut it off. I can not believe T-Mobile would do something like this. Believe me, if this is how T-moible treating its customers, its gonna lose its customers. I just reported a complaint through the BBB and am waiting for their reply.
