I really over-paid them-and was requesting my money-back (13.74), however they never replied. No CUSTOMER SUPPORT quantity... After which eight decades later (9-27-04) I eventually got a return. I nearly had a heart attack...
I had been likely to body it... I currently submitted a using the BBB... Then about fourteen days before (12-7-04) I got a letter stating I had not full filled my obligation and they were turning my shut consideration to a group company.
It's unfortunate since I simply got a look for the the over-payment. Just how can a business escape with managing people such as this. I understand others have observed this...
