I registered Doubleday a few years back. I obtained a contact telling me to satisfy my responsibility by July 9. They billed my card $72.00 on JULY 15. I were able to ultimately get somebody at Customer Support (717-697-0311) and was informed I had been delivered the incorrect day about the e-mail which it had been also harmful to me plus they wouldn't return my cash or even the facility charge. Additionally they stated these were receiving calls like this all day long. I told them I'd challenge the cost with my lender plus they believed to proceed. Really? This type of person terrible. Knowing an error was created, ensure it is right!
