I bough the p90x DvD's a few months ago and i agreed to make 3 payments, my CC was lost and a new card and number where issued. So i did not update beachbody.com on this because honestly this is something you dont notice until you get the bill. Well instead of beach body contacting me from customer service to find out about paying the last payment i was sent to a collection agency to collect. I found this very unprofessional of them sending me a letter saying that my credit will be affected if i dont pay right away, i dont have a problem paying what i owe but to get a threat like this is very poor for a company to do. I want to warn anyone dealing with Beachbody.com to avoid them. There customer service is poor, cant get answers on making a payment as i dont want to pay a collector as they will report you as a default account on your credit history. I am taking legal action as soon as any negative info is posted on my credit report, and i hope this information get out to the general public that this company has very unethical business practices. Not to mention i could not find a person in customer services who can speak english.
