Don't rent any qualities from IMPERIAL PURSUITS LTD. This so-called rental organization rents a lot of broken qualities and will not repair something within the houses - despite Storm Ike this guy declined to repair our home. We'd the toughest house about the stop with fixed top and absent shades - no fencing - the interior was worse in the beggining filthy horrible rug and color - absent rails about the banister - only a badly preserved home. This guy is super-cheap along with a complete slumlord who just cares about cash and never the very best attention of his tenants. He's rude and vindictive after which took our safety deposit. He's inexpensive and declined to correct something for the reason that aged all messed up home, he half-assed it the entire 2 yrs we lived there. After storm ike our rug was broken in the water and we'd tangible for FOUR weeks! He declined to repair the ground providing people reasons and bull - when he did obtain the ground tiled after four weeks he got the least expensive $300 might purchase.
