On August 28 I spoke with Israel Minnis. He represented he worked for Mtg Doc Inc. DBA Unlimited Marketing for the sale of timeshares. He asked if I would like to sell my two Silerleaf timeshares, one located in Texas, the other in Branson, Missouri. He said his license no. Was TP 14477 with phone extension of 213. He also gave me the name Patrick Hegg lic, no. TP 5553 phone ext. 205 who he represented also sold timeshare for the company.
He also gave me the commercial business no. Of TC 3144.
He directed me to the website of www.utmarketing.com pointing out the BBB rating. I was emailed two different contracts for timeshare property advertising. The fee for listing both properities which I paid by credit card was $1396.00. I was told the timeshares were quaranteed to sell within 120 days or the money paid would be refunded. I signed their documents one listing contract no. 401082708, the other contract no. 402082708.
I called several times in December and seveal times in January and February. None of the phone numbers are workable numbers. I was given 888-533-8638 as the Customer Service Phone Number.
