I wish I had just written her a $2500 check and told her to go away.
I hired Team Athey to manage a rental home & I almost lost the (awesome!) tenants due to her nasty bullying! Cussing at them, making unrealistic demands & consistent harassment almost lost me wonderful tenants. After learning of all of this I asked them to contact me directly. NO ONE SHOULD BE TREATED THAT WAY! I was told by Suzanne early on that I could cancel the contract at ANY time for $500. Not so! I was held liable to the contract - regardless of failure to perform as respectful professional managers of my property on the part of Team Athey. Did you know that if you sign a property management agreement they have VERY LITTLE obligations to customer service?
I was not surprised to find other complaints about this team all over the internet.
Their are many great realtors and management companies out there. Steer clear of this one if you want fair and professional treatment without being cussed and bullied.
