On 3/6/09 i received an email about a web based buisness. I wanted more information so I submitted my debit card info to pay the $1.95 shipping and handling. On 3/9/09 I checked my account online and saw that this company took $47.00 out of my account. I did not authorize that amount so I called the company at 1-800-935-8570. They told me it would take 7-10 buisness days to refund my money.
On 3/19/09 I called back to why my money was not returned yet being that it was the tenth buisness day I was told I would have it back later that day. Around six o'clock I called back but the automated system kept hanging up on me. On 3-23-09 I called back and naturally by this time I am beyond furious and inform the lady that I want my money back today I'm not waiting another day. Without getting anywhere with her I demanded a supervisor.
A Kevin Grant gets on the phone and I began telling him what was going on. He Cuts me off and starts to speak to me as if I were stupid. I then go off, I cannot take it any more. He asks me to go into there website which is productcustomersupport.com. It brings up Ripp Off Report. I inform him of this and tell him I always felt that they were full of s*. Why else would this website come up when I enter in the info he gave me for their website. He puts me on hold to speak with the billing dept.
When he returns he asks me to give them until Wednesday which would be 3/25/09 to refund my money. I let him know that that was not what I was told in the beginning and that they should give me my money back in the time that was originally stated to me. He said to take it or leave it, that Wednesday was the soonest they could give me my money back. I asked him did I need to get a lawyer and sue the company he said it would cost too much and by the way I'm acting over $47.00 I must be poor. I then began to curse at him and demanded a confirmation number for my request for a refund. He gave me one. I cannot believe how unprofessional this man was and how he had the nerve to say the things he said to me. I want my money back and all I can do is wait until 3/25/09 to see if I get it back but if not I guess I have to get a lawyer.
