Great Expectations gives no expectations. The pressure and the cost to join is outrageous. The sales rep would not allow me to to think about it. I was told I had to join that day to get the 'so called' 50% discount. I was shown 2 members on the computer. I was not allowed to touch the mouse to search on my own. The sales pitch resulted in asking for my credit card of which I told her I did not have that dollar limit.
She said 'Let's try'. Big mistake, took me $800 over my credit limit. I was shocked. I did do the photos. The next day I finally could search on my own. It was total opposite of what I was told. So few members in my area and only one new member in 60 days. The web site is so antiquated. I called and complained immediately. I called to speak with her & sometimes someone else would return my call. I finally had 2 conversations with the sales manager and she kept giving her sales pitch.
She even told me 'I'm too impatient'. I asked to be removed and cancel membership. She was to call me back to discuss further and never did. I continued to call and no return calls by her. I'm trying to resolve this via my Master Card dispute because of lack of members, services promised, response and resolution, etc.
