Great Expectations gives no expectations. The pressure and the cost to join is outragious. She would not allow me to to think about it. I was told I had to join that day to get the "so called" 50% discount. I was shown 2 members on the computer. I was not allowed to touch the mouse to search on my own. The sales pitch resulted in asking for my credit card of which I told her I did not have that dollar limit.
She said "Let's try". Big mistake, took me $800 over my credit limit. I was shocked. I did do the photos. The next day I finally could search on my own. It was total opposite of what I was told. So few members in my area and only one new member in 60 days. The web site is so antiquated. I called and complained immediately. I called to speak with her & sometimes someone else would return my call. I finally had 2 conversations with the sales manager and she kept doing her sales pitch.
She even told me "I'm too impatient". I wanted to be removed and cancel membership. She was to call me back to discuss further and never did. I continued to call and no return calls by her. I'm trying to resolve this via my Master Card dispute because of lack of members, services promissed, response and resolution, etc. Terri, Maryland Heights, MO (St Louis Metro)
