NCO financial is trying to collect $4802 for JC Penneys.in we filed bankrupcy and JCP was notified but did not respond. Now they are trying to collect thru this NCO even though I have sent them case#'s and attorney name but they consistantly badger us. They are even sending mail to my former employer. My correct address is 3xxx Rxxxdr, #x, Rainbow city, al 35906. Thank you for any thing that you can tell me to stop this harrassment.
