We acquisitions Dupont Zodiaq Quarts countertops thru Lowes to displace our exsiting counters. These were defective also it required six months to get a representive (who not function straight for Dupont) emerge and analyzed them & acknowledge THEY CERTAINLY WERE faulty. They'd not return us-Lowes the $5,000 we settled to buy their item. They'd just provide people another of the item to displace the faulty versions they market & not return us our cash. We needed Quarts not another Dupont item & they might not provide!!! Not really a customer support pleasant organization & they do not stay behind their item!!
