I bought a hp notebook on 11/29/08 the final evening of the refund offer. I shipped the rebate on 12/1/08 with all the information needed to approach the refund. I obtained an email declaring they first got it on 12/8/08. They was running the info subsequently. Subsequently on 1/22/09 I obtained an email that will be the following
