Basically, they are trying to collect a debt that doesn't exist. Yes, we had an account with DHL. No we don't owe them anything.
Pretty clever, small amount of $82.7, buisnesses may pay without thinking twice. They say they have tried numerous times to contact you when they havent. They make it sound like their being curtious and want to solve it in a timely manner, rather than pursing "alternative remedies".
I have yet to contact them, and do not plan to. Scam...
