Sellers Beweare, we sold them a sound in foal mare they crippled her and she aborted

We sold them a beautiful TB mare named Sprintime Express who was bred to Our Hush Money. They took her home let her run on acres of frozen ground pacing against the fence trying to get in with thier other mares while they went "snowmobiling for the day" end result she is now crippled and has aborted her foal. Gina and John, how could you do this to a living breathing crature. We just do not understand. Beware folks it does not happen to your horse
