Global Never got my order! 14 business days later, NOTHING!

I ordered from this website, charged my card over 59 dollars. Emailed the company several times, also called the number several times, no response from either at all. It has been 14 business days since i ordered and still i have nothing. I want my order or a refund immediately! Thank you.
