I had a horrible experience with this Tucson lawyer, he kept messing my case up. He screwd up the easiest details, like not getting things filed in time, not opposing the other side and what they would file. He was afraid of the other side's lawyer and afraid to go to court. He kept trying to force me to settle my case. He almost caused it to get dismissed because he didn't properly serve the other side. I asked around, he doesn't have a good reputation with other attorneys - they know they can push him around and bully him.
