I signed an agreement with ServicePro back in May. After a few treatments and a bad experience with their billing, the bugs were back and maybe worse than when I signed in May. I called this company after my last treatment when I noticed that the ant mounds in my yard were getting worse and the spider population was multiplying. I was told that a service rep would be out to apply a replacement treatment but I never heard from them nor did they ever show. I continued to get threatening letters and unprofessional phone calls from ServicePro because I wouldn't pay for my last treatment. The treatment that didn't work! After much disgust, I wrote to them to advise that I was terminating my contract. During the following and as recent as today, I continue to receive a bill for a $108.25 cancellation fee and a $108.25 Promotional Discount Fee. And they have the audacity to want to charge me interest on them. I did pay for the last treatment which of course never worked. I just wanted to get rid of them! I too have a complaint with the BBB about these folks and I have no intensions of closing that complaint until the fees I am being charged disappear.
Be aware people when this company comes knocking! You will regret it
