After working for this company I learned some invaluable ways how not to turn a thriving company into a laughing stock and a dilapitated workplace that today makes little to no money at all.
Wade Parker AKA Leslie Wade Parker or Wimbley, Inc. Is a rip off artist. Not only does he and his company do it to patrons, but to employees alike. No health insurance of any kind, no MSDS literature, no eye wash stations, no proper ventilation, the use of paint containing lead, half the lights are blown out and he says they cost too much to replace and no care in the world but for the almighty buck.
After a trip to India and Germany, employees started not getting paid on time and then not at all for about two years. Hiding money somewhere so your ex-wife doesn't find it? When we would get a check we would have to cash it right away at the same bank on the check because he was notorious for writing NSF checks. Problem after problem at Mouse Design; companies do not want to work with you after you say that name out loud.
Overcharging for shipping was a daily occurrence. Drug usage was as common as not getting paid at the end of the week. 90% of the time people were drunk on the job, actually drinking on site as they "work". OSHA needs to go in and fine that place, because they are illegally pumping sandblasting material right out of the building through a hole in the wall that is facing home sites. And what's more, they are blasting with play-sand that contains crystalline silica and plainly states on the bag: DO NOT USE FOR SANDBLASTING.

This effect can be an occupational hazard for people working with sandblasting equipment, products that contain powdered crystalline silica. Children, asthmatics, allergy sufferers and, elderly (all of whom have reduced lung capacity) can be affected in much shorter periods of time.
Wade Parker does not like confrontation himself so he would send his minions to lay people off and to only find out soon enough after it happened to me and others I was close to that it was based on how you appeared to be living. Nice car? You can go, Mom and dad have money? You can go too. Wife has a good job? You can go also. And the more you work hard to get things running smoothly and righteous, the more you were digging your own grave so to speak, because nothing went noticed and was always expected with the lack of that paycheck at the end of the week. Now they have a system that still doesn't work. Of the twenty or so people that were there when I started, there are three or four and they work for their pay minus 15% and they still are behind a whole month in getting a check. How is this justified? How are they living and paying bills?
A once very nice building is a wreck now. Picture this, Wade (OWNER AND CEO) drunk, buys a pink, used electric wheelchair, rides around on it and pretends to be handicapped and runs the wheelchair and himself straight though a wall taking down half the wall and the entire door off the frame. Now there is a piece of yellow cloth hanging from the ceiling so the dust from the sand blasting doesn't come in to the office. This happens less than 24 hours after an hour long meeting about no horse playing in the work place.
More than twenty different roof leaks go unchanged and now the board room has mold and mildew growing halfway up the wall and sure enough in the carpet. You can smell it as soon as you walk in to that place. Not to mention that everyone smokes inside the office and warehouse.
I can go on and on.

Is not what it seems and if you do consider to use/work for them, prepare yourself for anguish and headache alike. Its a dusty, over-worked (60 hours a week with no overtime) colder than outside in the winters (no heat) and hotter than outside in the summers (no A/C) kind of place.
Potential Customers BEWARE. If you choose to use Mouse Design Studio or Sandblasted.com, signmonument.com, vgroovesigns.com, militaryshields.com, signportfolio.com, lobbydisplays.com you may pay a little less for your product. This company is a wholesaler of it's products BUT shipping will cost you dearly. Despite this day and age you will have a sign painted with PAINT containing LEAD even if you are told it is not and chances that your product will be substandard will be 99%. (this is not an opinion)
