We have had nothing but problems from the Breeder's Association in Brick NJ. We bought our puppy on January 29th and she has had a slew of health problems.
Our vet suggested we find out where the Breeder's Association got the dog from. They woulnd't give us any information or a copy of the contract until we paid them what we owed for the puppy. Once we paid, they gave us a name of a Breeder we are unable to locate as well as a kennel called Oleo Acres in IA. They told us they cant give us any more information regarding the breeder because "there is a law that protects the privacy of the breeder." we are unable to locate such a law.
Upon researching Oleo Acres, we discovered that they were charged by the USDA with violating th Animal Welfare Act with over 15 violations. Clearly, they knew where the dog was coming from and that she was unfit for sale. The owner of the Breeder's Association refuses to speak with us or return our phone calls.
We are furious that this continues to happen to people and are confused as to why this store has not been shut down yet!
Everyone involved should get a lawsuit going to take these scammers down.
Shut them down!
