On June 11th, 1999, I put a telephone purchase to get a WorkzPro Program. At $1712.95, this technique with 12.9 gigabytes of drive, 32mb of movie, 256mb Memory, along with a DVD ROM was an excellent discount. I had been advised I'd obtain my program in 5 times.
On June 23rd, I created my first standing phone and was informed that it'd be 5 more times. These were having issues with among their suppliers and were backordered.
On July 5th, I created my next standing phone. I had been informed it'd be another week. Good, it got me several weeks to save up for my pc and so I may delay another 5 times.
On July 13th I create my next standing phone. I had been informed that IT MIGHT BE 3 more months but he is unsure!!! I am feeling really anxious today. What am I designed to do? Based on the customer support supervisor, they're severely backlogged.
On August 2nd, I create my next and closing standing phone. Not just does the sales person not understand how long it'll try deliver my program, they've no concept why it is taken such a long time. The repetition provided me lifetime access to the internet at no cost. (I simply read articles that they are being prosecuted by Earthlink — exactly what a shock) After I asked of a reimbursement, I had been informed it'd consider about 6 months!
On August 3rd, I named to stop my purchase. The client support representative informs me it'll consider 10 to 14 business days, contradicting the 6 to 2 months calculate I had been informed earlier. Much to my terror, I look for a site chock-full of Microworkz grievances that sound strangely like mine: ordesr put but no bill of product, when individuals did obtain merchandise it didn't function, long waits about the specialized support and customer support lines.
I'm frustrated!!! These folks have my cash, and that I have nothing. I have previously missed an essential computer course I'd prepared on getting. I'm relieved that I really did not get the computer. I am sure the caliber of their equipment means the caliber of their client and specialized support. I've electronically posted a towards the Better Business Institution in California state, stateis Attorneygeneral's workplace, Consumer Affairs, and also the Federal Trade Commission. The Greater Business Office approached me by notice and mentioned they obtained no assistance from Microworkz, and there is nothing else-they might do.
On September 8, I talked to Man Ruffin who advised me that discounts were backlogged for just two months. I still have gotten nothing. I've paged him numerous occasions without any return phone. I sent today, the 24th of June, Guy Ruffin asking about my reimbursement, and he responded they IDEALLY could be ready to approach my refund within 10 times. After composing a notice towards the new COO, Lance Rosen, I obtained a phone from his helper Carolyn Dalton on September 13. She assured me that my reimbursement is likely to be expedited which she'd contact me back again to I would like to understand what was happening. On September 14, Lance Rosen named me to make sure me that my reimbursement had been researched and fast. I've quit messages for Mr. Rosen, without any return calls.
