3.5 months before, offered them 75.00 to splice agent reel of recording. Was guaranteed it'd prepare yourself in fourteen days. Named after second week, was informed another three weeks; they stated they outsource it, but can't monitor it. Questioned why... Where achieved it proceed, Lindsay explained they weren't guaranteed. Discovered she was the supervisor. How might she not understand? She said she'd call. She approached me a week ago and stated that it's a "rush". I discussed that it had been for my kids birthday. Four times from today. It's the only real images of when she was youthful; she's in her thirties. I had beennot reading back, named recently also it was recommended by another shop that I contact the District Administrator. Quit Debbie Smith concept, did not hear back. Got a phone from Lindsay yesterday, they WOn't splice it. Explained they mightnot get it done. Today... We're almost a month, and was handed baloney all-along. Likely to get my cash back.organization in bankruptcy. Do not have any feeling of customer support. Can not find anybody accountable enought to repair the issue. Operator is David Ritz with no where you can be identified. They laugh whenever you request where he's. Laugh.
