BV music Described Alembic Bass guitar as "NEW" but had dents, dings, cracks, etc. Wouldn't give a refund. Dirty ripoff liars, also sell Gibson

This deceptive music store sold an instrument described as "NEW" that had dents, marring scratches, cracks, and rounded trussrod nuts, among other problems.

When I contacted them for a refund, they said "NO WAY".

When I asked for a partial refund and sent picture links, they blocked my Email!

They were very clever to hide the defects in all of their pictures.

I noticed a crack in the back of the neck, and one in the headstock veneer!
