My sister just had a beautiful baby girl. My brother is in Costa Rica and sent her flowers from this company unfortunetly. When they arrived I called Lecis Bouquet to let them know that some of the flowers were wilted 3 out of 6 (very ugly too, but I didn't say anything". The older lady was very rude too me saying they were fresh and I told her they were not, that I was looking right t them. She then continued to argue with me and got another younger girl on the phone... Leci herself.
While waiting for Leci to get on the phone the lady was talking about me aloud and not very nicely. I explained to Leci that the flowers were wilted. She said that the arrangement looked like the picture. I told her I wasn't complaining about what they looked like, just that they looked wilted. Leci then said she would make it right.
About 30 minutes later she called back and my sister answered the phone and also explained to her that they didn't look fresh. Leci then said they would stop by to look t the flowers to see what they thought.
My sister just go home from the hospital and didnt feel like dealing with such a rude person and told her to forget it, that she lived really far away. Leci then got upset and said "I hate you people in Florida, you all complain about everything" my sister told her not to talk to her like that and then Leci started swearing at my sister getting completely out of control and told my sister to go Fuc* herself and that she was coming to get the flowers and refund the money. My sister told her here to go after Leci lost it, do you blame her?
When I spoke to Leci she said she would make it up to her, well if thats what she ment then I would have told her not to bother. We don't need that kind of comotion around a brand new baby 2 days old. Leci should have acted mature about the situation and did the right thing. Leci sounds like a very young girl who will have many life lessons to learn and needs to grow up before she tries to run a business dealing with the public. All that over flowers? The web site says satisfaction guarenteed.
Little does Leci know that my sister is nurse at one of the local hospitals and her husband is the director of the ER. Leci's business will suffer from complaints. I find it funny that Laci "Hates" people in Florida and said that all they do is complain. Has she ever stopped to think that she gets a lot of complaints becase her flowers and service suck!
I looked on Leci's website and was unable to find any arrangement that looked like the one sent, so I am sure she screwed my brother thinking he would never know what they looked like.
