Ripoff deceptive company cashes your check but you never receive the product!

In January I found an advertisement for the infamous pasta pots - I clipped it and sent it with a personal check. This is now March and I have not received the product nor have I heard anything from Tristar.

I called Gwen James @ Customer Service and left her a voice mail asking for a refund. I got the number off of this site 973-575-5400 ext. 112. I am also going to e-mail her.

I truley hope that something can be done about this corrupt company - is this or is this not illegal??!!!
