We requested a custom pool stand in July. We were informed our desk could be shipped in 2 months. We paid additional for that "white-glove" shipping and construction support. To create a long story short... It's today Jan. 2009 and we still haven't obtained our pool table. After numerous efforts to get hold of the organization no body has actually delivered a phone or mail. The fund compnay that Swimming Tables Direct organized is trying to solve the problem. Our guidance to some possible pool stand customer would be to locate another seller.
