At first this so called company called my house for me. They had threatened to take me to court. They said I owed money on magazine subscriptions. My phone died and I never got there phone number. My husband found out who they were. The would call my house and never leave a message.
My husband filed a complaint with the better buisness. Amazingly enough the calls stoped. 2 weeks later we got the letter. First off it was addressed to my husband and not me. The they stated one of our "collection specialist" did speak to him (again they called me) and said he agreed to pay settlement cost of 148.50, they brought this down from the original amount of 1,103.16.
Well apparently they think we are stupid.
