This cell phone provider does not post its' payments on a timely basis and it makes due dates on legal holidays or weekend or other non business days. This way, even though your payment has been mailed more than a week in advance of the due date, the post the payment a day late so they can charge you a late charge.
They also misapply payments so that your service gets interrupted. When you call for a correction or have your payor such as your bill pay service call them, they refuse to talk to the bill pay service and then after much argument, they will agree to credit the late charge, saying "you have a good past record" but it never happens.
And, the service that thay advertise at $29,95 a month is really more like $37 and change after they add all the other charges. They should say the service including the charges is $37 and change, and they should put it in large black bold type.
