I paid for access to the website, and the search function was unreadable and didn't bring up the correct resources.
I wrote an e-mail, did a webinar, and called customer service.
I have been trying to use your search but it displays with small font on the first result, and as you scroll down the font gets bigger on each result. So by the time you get to result #5 or so you can't read it, because it is so large.
Also when you try to click on the link more info, some of the links are no longer available.in other words your info is old.
I also asked the question last night on your webinar How to use the search, and was ignored. I said I was looking for grant money to pay off debt. All I heard was get away from the me me me menality.
It took 7 minutes on hold with customer service. They asked my name. They told me to refresh my browser and if that didn't work to call them back.
It didn't work. And the funny thing is, all of the other websites work, so how can it be my browser. Even the links are normal font.
Yours is the only site that does this to me.
They cancelled me in a matter of minutes without a refund.
