This is the letter I wrote to them with no response...
I am appalled that you would charge people $69.95/month for what was implied to only be a CD with shipping costs of $1.98 ONLY. During these hard economic times people are looking for help financially not a business that rips them off by taking the very last dime they have from their bank account. Because of your hidden monthly fee I have gone under my funds in my bank account. This all happening when I am researching for HELP financially from your supposed helpful Grant CD. To scam the people like this in unexcusable and I will be contacting my lawyer, bank and write complaints on the internet if this fee is not reveresed immediately.
Tell people on your website in LARGE FONT that this fee will be inccurred so they know what they are getting into instead of having to take time out of their day to search for numbers and emails to cancel such a hoax. Your Grant CD shows nothing different from the free Government Grant websites out there not charging the people anything. What am I really getting for $69.95 that's different from the free info on grants via the internet?
What a waste of time this has been.
