Our rim bend ceased operating and got hung-up in a state-of cycling between a dark display along with a bright display by having an hour-glass. It never returns alive, as they say.
I talked with a "Jose" at VZW yesterday morning. He got me through all the actions to try and repair it, and lastly figured it was not fixable. He would deliver a brand new device out in my experience. He returned and stated that VZW was all-out of inventory. Their supervisor directed him to hold back twenty four hours and contact me back today.
That phone never arrived, and so I simply called back myself. Needed to clarify the problem to 2 more individuals. Evidently, Jose never recorded this phone and therefore I'd togo through all the actions again. I am currently on-hold, expecting term when the device is in-stock today.
That Is simply bad, poor service from the business that may manage to provide THE VERY BEST support. Plus they speculate why there's a higher spin price...
I am sure a lot more have this same tale! Ugh.
